What are the requirements for our loan products?
- Age from between 21 – 55 years (or retirement age)
- Employed/Regular Salary
- Contract or Permanent & Pensionable staff
- Proof that your account income/salary has reflected in your account with NIC Bank for at least 3 months
- Certified copy of ID
- PIN Certificate
- Latest three months pay slips (6 for commission staff)
- Latest six months bank statements (12 for commission staff)
- Letter from employer (NIC Bank format)
- Check off letter (where applicable)
- Latest utility bill OR lease agreement
